fasm software package provides fast assembler for the x86 and x86-64 architectures, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fasm
fasm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fasm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fasm *
You will get with fasm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
